Travelling
When you cancel a flight, the airline may offer you an airline credit. To redeem your credit visit the Credits section on Account; and follow the instructions there. We follow the policies of the airlines. Each airline has its own rules and restrictions. However, here are some general rules:
- Credits are typically valid for 12 months from issue date.
- Changes may incur a fare difference or service fee depending on airline policy.
- Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original traveler.
You can manage seats from your airline's manage booking page using your confirmation code, or contact support and we'll guide you through the process.
Packages
Standard packages include accommodation, select meals, guided tours, and airport transfers unless stated otherwise on the package page.
Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Some destinations support local payment methods which will be shown at checkout.
